As soon as I saw NYX were coming out with a drop foundation that you can control the coverage on, they had my attention. I was eager to get my hands on this foundation and kept my eye out for when it would be launching in Boots. It happened that not long after it launched on Boots.com I went to Cardiff with my Mum and I stumbled across the biggest NYX counter I’ve been to. It just so happened to stock all 24 shades of the Total Control Drop Foundation. Of course I didn’t leave without my shade!
It has been a while since I have done a favourites and as there have been a few products I have been really enjoy using recently I thought it was about time to do another favourites!
It’s that time again for another Empties post! I am really enjoying going through my empties and writing my thoughts and opinions. I also love reading others empties post! So without further ado here are all the makeup and skincare I have used up over the past two months.
As we are now half way into the year I thought about doing an update on how I’ve been doing with my goals. At the beginning of the year I wrote Goodbye 2016, Hello 2017 (which seems life forever ago!) I wrote a few goals I’d like to achieve this year. Then in April I wrote a 2017 Goal Update, and I am writing another as we are now into the second half of the year.
Ever since the trend of purple/blue/pink etc hair colour has become more accessible, I have always wanted to try them. But what’s always put me off is hearing of hair horror stories, that the hair dye left their hair green or didn’t wash out properly and left a weird colour. So when L’Oréal came out with a range of shades that wash out after a few washes I was instantly drawn to them.
Hi everyone! I have been enjoying the hot weather over the past few days and I have finally been able to get a new tutorial up! I actually filmed this video almost 3 weeks ago but as soon as I filmed it the weather was awful! As the weather has been beautiful over the past few days I thought it was about time to upload a quick and easy summer makeup tutorial!
Ever since Harry Potter Studio Tours opened in London I have wanted to go. Admittedly I was late to the Harry Potter band wagon (surprise surprise) but I loved reading the books. So earlier in the year Tom and I booked to go. We were super excited to see the Studio Tour!
Hello everyone! I hope you are all good, I currently have a cold. Which I cannot wait until it leaves as I can’t taste a thing! Anyway, onto todays post! Something that really annoys me about makeup brands is when they launch in the US then take forever to make their way over to the UK. When NYX launched the Lip Lingeries I wanted to get my hands on them as I adore the Soft Matte Lip Creams. The Lip Lingeries are described as a weightless liquid lipstick with a plush matte finish.
I don’t know about you but more often then not I don’t get a good 8 hours sleep at night. Whether you’re feeling under the weather, tired or feeling a little run down. Putting on a little makeup can sometimes make you feel more put together and ready for your day ahead! Or just help to hide those tired eyes/skin!
Hi everyone! Recently I was feeling like just doing a blue smokey eye! I don’t know what enticed me to want to do one, I just had to get it out my system! So this is what I came up with, a super easy smokey blue eye!
